Complete a Pesce Family Mentoring Institute application. Have a GPA of 2.25 or higher. Be a sophomore, junior, or senior with at least one academic year remaining at William Paterson University. Have a declared academic major or some idea of career goals. Willingness to commit to the program for a minimum of one academic year. (two semesters) Willingness to commit to one meeting per month with your mentor. (this can be in-person, by Skype, email or phone) Willingness to commit to attend at least one mentor/mentee program each semester. Must attend one mentee orientation. Must be willing to update program coordinator on progress and communication with mentor.
