Dear Students,

The past week has been very difficult for many students, families and members of the William Paterson community. After a week without power on campus, it has finally been restored. As such, classes will be held and other campus activities will resume. We do know, however, that many communities continue and will continue to be without power. In some areas, gas is in short supply or not available.

For a limited time, on a first come daily and/or weekly basis, we would like to assist our commuting students by making available; a room in our residence halls. For meals, the Pioneer Express debit card program is available for your participation at all on-campus dining locations. Additionally, 20 off-campus merchant locations, assuming they have restored power, will accept your card.

Cost for room will depend upon the length of stay arrangements requested by each student.

If you need such assistance, please go to the Residence Life Office (located in lower level of White Hall) Monday, November 5th, between the hours of 10:00AM – 3:00PM; to make your arrangements.

We look forward to your return to campus on November  5, 2012.
