Join us as CIA trained chef April Stearns leads a tour of the Institute’s five public restaurants, kitchen classrooms and The Bakery Café. The trip will also feature a delicious lunch in the CIA’s esteemed Ristorante Caterina de Medici and a tour of the nearby Vanderbilt Mansion.

Bus will leave the 1600 Valley Road student parking lot promptly at 9:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, March 22 and will return at approximately 5:00 p.m.

This trip is co-sponsored by the William Paterson Alumni Association and the
Center for Professional and Continuing Education. Space is limited and reservations
are available on a first come, first served basis.
