Happy New Year from the College of Education!

As 2018 begins, I am happy to share with you greetings from Dorothy Feola, Interim Dean of the College of Education and several exciting developments in the COE.

The College of Education recently hosted a program taking Paterson students "back in history." William Paterson education students paired with 38 Paterson elementary school students in a dual lesson about Paterson's rich history. To read more, click here.

Dr. Cynthia Northington-Purdie, professor of education and developmental psychology at William Paterson University explains how to understand or decrease repetitive childhood behaviors, as seen on Fatherly.

WP alumna Dr. Pam Brillante '88, MEd '92 has published a new book, which she co-authored with fellow alumna, Dr. Karen Nemeth '78. The name of the book is Universal Design for Learning in the Early Childhood Classroom.
