GROUNDS FOR SCULPTURE

Join us as we tour over 270 contemporary sculptures from well-known and emerging artists on 42 beautifully landscaped acres of exotic trees and flowers.
Three indoor museum galleries also feature rotating exhibits.

WP professor Michael Rees is one of the artists on display through Summer, 2019. Michael Rees: Synthetic Cells presents an unparalleled dialogue between object, perception, and reality. His newest sculptures challenge the viewer to question how the boundaries of our physical and digital experiences are converging.
Michael will be at Grounds for Sculpture on September 22nd to speak about his installation to the WP alumni group.

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (approximately)
Bus will leave from WP Lot 5 at 9:00 a.m., arriving at Grounds for Sculpture by 11:00 a.m.
$40/per person
(each WP alumus/a may bring up to 2 guests)

Dining options are available at Grounds for Sculpture at the Peacock Cafe, the Van Gogh Cafe, or The Gazebo. Tour the grounds, then take a break for a light lunch or snack (outside food is not permitted). Dress comfortably for walking, and enjoy a beautiful day at the Grounds for Sculpture with your friends from WP!
