He has been working at TD Bank for 18 years, previously as a Regional Operations Officer and presently as the Regional Workforce Manager for the Metro NY Market, where he is responsible ensuing the Stores he supports have the proper staffing mix and are properly scheduled to meet customer demand. Stephen is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified!
