Business Etiquette and Networking:
Make a great first impression!

Whether looking for a job or a step up in your career, it's important to know not only how to network but how to make a good first impression - from that first handshake to the very important business dinner! In this webinar, you will learn the best way to present yourself while networking, during personal and electronic communications, or when attending an important event. Networking tips for social media and events will also be reviewed, as well as how to discover and leverage your personal network.

Our presenter - Darren Grahame - has been the Development Officer with Northwestern Mutual in Morristown since 2016 and has been with the company since 2009. As Development Officer, his role is to ensure achievement of all agency development targets; including all aspects of horizontal growth for the entire Network Office territory. Darren is also a Certified Coach and a Certified Master Trainer.

Darren takes continuing education very seriously and achieved eight professional designations in his first five years in the business. He received his BS in Business Management from Binghamton University in 2006. Darren currently resides in Bedminster, NJ with his wife Brigid and 16-month old son Jameson. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys going to Syracuse and Yankees games often.
