The Process of Coping After Abuse:
A Survivor's Perspective

Surviving abuse is an ongoing process. Whether you are a survivor or a professional in the field of counseling, psychology or women's issues, this webinar will help you to understand how to manage the after effects of abuse.

This webinar is presented by author, motivational speaker, mom. survivor, and WP student Aziza Kibibi. From the time she was eight years old, Aziza was molested by her biological father, award winning video director Aswad Ayinde. After lending her voice to a news article for NJ.com, Aziza’s story caught the attention of renowned journalist and television personality, Katie Couric, who featured her on her daytime talk show Katie! Through this platform, Aziza further encouraged survivors that life after abuse can be positive, fulfilling and full of success.

Aziza is the host of her radio talk show “A to Ziza” on 91.7 FM Gems Radio, and the founder of Precious Little Ladies, a social progression organization that seeks to combat child molestation and abuse by strengthening the bond between mother and daughter.

Through her motto “If I can do it; you can do it too,” Aziza Kibibi uses herself as a living example that we all possess the strength to not only survive anything, but triumph over everything
