"The evolution of an entrepreneur."

Steve Guberman is Vice President of Creative and Digital Services at R&J Strategic Communications. He joined R&J in 2015 after owning his own branding and web design agency for nearly a decade. The acquisition of his agency by R&J lead to the relaunch of an almost 30 year old public relations firm into a full service integrated marketing and communications agency.

At R&J, Steve leads the design and web development team and works closely with the account team to execute on the design portions of each clients’ strategic plan. With more than a decade of experience working with brands across multiple industries, Steve is able to help clients extend their brand value through traditional and digital media with his team. Steve has worked with local, regional, and international organizations on branding and advertising campaigns.

A 2001 graduate of William Paterson University, Steve has served on educational advisory committees for Morris County Vocational School, Essex County Vocational Technical Schools and Raritan Valley Community College. He was honored as a recipient of NJBiz's 40 under 40 in 2010, was inducted as one of New Jersey’s Best Marketing Professionals Under 40 by NJ Ad Club and JSPRAA in 2015 and has won numerous industry related design and advertising awards.

Off the clock, Steve spends most of his time with his two young children or on a yoga mat, mountain bike, fishing stream or snowboard.
