Let Lynn Lazar and Sharon Ryan, M.Ed. '96, share tips and tricks on how to navigate the holidays healthfully! Lynn has spent the last 25 years finding tools to create balance, de-stress, and calm down, and Sharon is a certified personal trainer, with a certificate in nutrition and a masters in counseling (specializing in eating disorders/weight). From healthier food choices to how to de-stress and what to do if you overindulge, Lynn and Sharon will help you get through the holiday eating with ease!
