Job Description

Following specialized training on automated calling software, you will contact William Paterson alumni and friends to ask for their support and financial commitment to William Paterson. You will also verify and obtain new and existing contact information.

Proper phone etiquette
Call Center experience NOT required
Handle personal information with extreme confidentiality
Desire to help the University achieve fundraising goals

Shifts available

February 1st through March 13th
Monday - Friday, 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sundays, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
