The Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales at William Paterson University is hosting its first industry conference, Pharma Sales 3.0, on Thursday, January 31, 2013. This half-day conference is packed with senior executives and faculty who will participate in panel discussions to develop a roadmap for pharmaceutical sales in a digital age. A highly regulated environment, restricted physician access, and managing the triad of consumers, payers, and physicians pose considerable challenges for the sales force of the pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
