* Chartrand, Gary. Introductory Graph Theory. New York: Dover, 1977. This a a very readable book with a lot of examples.Each section starts out with a puzzle. Then there is an analysis of the problem with a formal solution. Lastly, there are examples of further applications. This book can be read a several levels. Contains solution to problems. ($8.95).
