Work Order System
The Department of Telecommunications utilizes an online work order system to track and address service requests. You can access this system by logging onto WPConnect and selecting the employee tab - employee applications - employee services - telecom work order. Once the submission is received a receipt is automatically e-mailed to the requestor. If you have an emergency repair request please dial ext. 2597 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance.
A work order submission is required for the following:
Disconnection or Reactivation
Equipment or Feature Changes
Equipment Setup (i.e. conference phones)
