 a.    For off-campus calls, 12 digit dialing is required

 (9-1-area code-exchange-number i.e 9-1-800-555-1212)

 b.    For on campus call, dial the 4 digit extension number (last 4 digits of the number).

 c.    When giving others your number, it should be 973-720-xxxx (extension number assigned to phone)

 d.    When dialing "Information" you will automatically be connected to 1-800-Free 411 for directory assistance as a cost-savings measure for the University.

• The University's outbound caller ID indicates 973-720-2000 for all calls and not individual extension numbers.
• Voice Mail - Can be accessed by dialing 973-720-2545 from off campus or x 2545 on campus.
• For emergencies dial 911 or x2300 to be connected directly to our University Police.
