Each individual phone has the ability to conference up to 6 persons.  In addition Polycom units (microphone/speaker phones) are available for use on an analog or IP port.  These units are to be used when multiple persons in one room must speak with a few off campus individuals.  Polycoms must be requested by submitting a Telecom work order at least 1 week in advance to ensure their availability.  Hosted conference calls are also available by contacting Telecom for the 800 dial-in number and conference pass code number.

Conferencing from your desk phone - Dial the 1st member of your party and press conference - dial the next member and press conference. You can repeat this process a total of 6 times. When the final member has joined, press conference to begin.
