Special
Events Timesheet
The purpose of this timesheet is to handle
any special days where
shifts on that day are different than your regular pay.
1.
The file will automatically open in Excel. **The computer you
are using must have Excel**
2. You MUST Fill in Name, Social security #, Department, and
any other information necessary as indicated by the RED letters
on the file.
3. Next, fill in the times you worked. Check to make sure the
dates are accurate for this pay period. The addition will automatically
be done for you.
Example: 1:00(press spacebar)pm to 3:00(press spacebar)pm. Press
tab or enter at the end of each cell. **If you make a mistake
in a cell, you must clear the cell first before retyping the
information**
4. Once all the hours are inserted, PRINT IT OUT, add your signature,
and place it in the appropriate department folder located in
the printer room.
Any hours worked worked by TL that are not on the schedule
should be reported on the Project Sheet. Any STCs working project
hours must have them approved by the AAs.
