Graduate School Scholarships and Financing

WPUNJ graduate students are also invited to apply for Foundation and Alumni Association Scholarships in the same manner as offered to the undergraduate population.  This process begins mid March.  Deadline for submission is April 30th and by August 1st notification is sent to all students who applied whether they were or were not awarded a scholarship.

The application for Foundation and Alumni Association Scholarships is now closed and will re-open Spring 2013

*Note: A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required for those scholarships that require demonstration of financial need. The FAFSA may be completed online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. To allow for processing time, students are encouraged to file a FAFSA by April 1st.

While graduate scholarships are less than plentiful, we futher attempt on a regular basis to advise the graduate school constituency on information that we have found to be helpful in this area.  As outlined in the brochure, "Graduate Students Scholarships and Financing", there are other areas where financial assistance can be sought.  Some of those are as follows:  Federal Loans; State Funded Financial Aid; Grants, Scholarships and Fellowships; Low Interest Loans and Military Benefits.
