Who can be a Resident Director at WPU?
- A Master's degree, strongly preferred to be in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, Counseling, or related area;
- At least one year of experience in residence hall administration at a college or university setting, and;
- Should possess supervisory skills, knowledge of facilities management, experience as a judicial hearing officer, and strong skills in interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication.
