**Visiting students who wish to take Winter courses are requested to contact the
Office of Admissions (973.720.2125) for further details.**

November 13-December 14 

 1st Registration Window for Winter Session. Payment MUST be made within 48 hours of registration for course enrollment to be considered valid. Once Registered, a bill will be sent electronically to your WPU e-mail account. NO paper bills will be mailed,
December 11 Last day to apply to the university for non-degree and visiting students(both Undergraduate and Graduate)
December 14
 Winter registration will close at the end of business day. All registrations and payment must be resolved.
December 26 Winter Session Begins(all courses will be offered on-line)
December 26
 Last date for Pass/Fail option(This option is available to only those WPU students who were accepted to the University prior to Fall 2003). Requests for this option must be made by e-mail from your WIlliam Paterson University E-mail account to:winter@wpunj.edu
December 26 Last date for withdrawal at 100% refund. Notification of student intent to withdraw must be made by December 26th via e-mail from your William Paterson University e-mail account:winter@wpunj.edu
December 27 Last date for withdrawal at 50% refund. Notification of student intent to withdraw must be made by December 27th via e-mail from your William Paterson University e-mail account to:winter@wpunj.edu
January 4 Last date for academic withdrawal(no refund). Notification of student intent to withdraw must be made by January 4th via e-mail from your William Paterson University e-mail account to:winter@wpunj.edu
January 14 On-line Winter ends
January 22 Grades electronically submitted to Office of the Registrar
