Welcome to the William Paterson University Office of Registration Services.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and security of all student records for Undergraduate and Graduate, current and former students. These student records are permanently located in the
Office of Registration Services.

The Office of Registration Services is located in College Hall, Rm 140.

Our office hours during the Fall and Spring semesters are:

 Office hours for the Summer Sessions are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-5:15pm.

Student Records Policy: The Student records policy at William Paterson University complies with the requirements of the FAMILY RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA). A statement of the University's policy will appear annually in the student handbook and is available to all currently enrolled students. PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to protect students records on-line, resources such as the student class schedule and student's transcript requests require the client browser to be Java enabled.
