Institute
of Museum and Library Services - Museum Grants for African American History and
Culture: Notice seeking applications for developing or strengthening knowledge,
skills, and other expertise of current staff at African American museums;
attracting and retaining professionals with the skills needed to strengthen
African American museums; and attracting new staff to African American museum
practice and providing them with the expertise needed to sustain them in the
museum field.

Language Program: The Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language
(UISFL) Program provides grants to strengthen and improve undergraduate
instruction in international studies and foreign languages.

involve a creative or non-traditional approach toward addressing that need that

Endowment for the Arts - NEA Universal Design Leadership Project FY08: Notice
seeking applications for a project to increase understanding, acceptance, and

American Musicological Society -
Fellowship Programs: Alvin H. Johnson Dissertation Fellowship program provides
50 stipends of $17,000 each to support the completion of dissertations focused
on music scholarship.

A. Peters Dissertation Year Fellowship: Candidates are expected to be in
residence at the university and to devote most of their time to the completion
