William Paterson University to Present the Play "Living Out" in March
“Living Out” by Lisa Loomer will be staged at William Paterson University in Wayne from March 6-29 in the Hunziker Black Box Theatre on campus.
“Living Out” tells the story of a complicated relationship between a Salvadorian nanny and the Anglo lawyer who employed her. The play explores their shared humanity and the differences between race, class and social status.
William Paterson University associate professor of communication, Elizabeth Stroppel, directs the play. Starring in the play are William Paterson University students Leah Beekman of Wharton, Lauren Cucci of Nutley, Wanda DeCastro of Paterson, Deanna Graci Cirincione of West Milford, Gabriel Morales of Paterson, Nicole Repekta of Wayne, David Volino of Elmwood Park and Milagros Ysalquez of Montville.
The performances will be held on March 6-10 at 8 p.m., March 9 at 11 a.m., March 11 at 3 p.m. and March 27-29 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $14 general admission, $10 for seniors, students and members of the William Paterson University community.
