The following databases are made available from the Library. Most databases can be used through any networked terminal on campus. For off-campus access select student or faculty/staff and enter your WPUNJ e-mail username and password. Please contact us if you have a question or problem accessing these databases.

WPUJSTOR Arts and Sciences Collection - Archive of over 160 major journals in the social sciences, humanities, mathematics and statistics.
WPU New! Kids Search - A database designed for elementary/middle school students according to their needs and search abilities. The Kids Search interface provides access to information from reference sources, an image database, newspapers, and children's periodicals.

WPU New! Middle Search Plus - Full-text database containing content from over 140 popular, middle school magazines. All full text articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles). Full text is also available for thousands of biographies and historical essays. The database also features primary source documents in American history, material from popular middle school reference resources, and an image collection of over 290,000 photos, maps and flags.
WPU New! NoveList K-8 - Providing subject access for over 59,000 fiction titles aimed at the K-8 population, NoveList K-8 also offers full-text reviews for many titles from sources like School Library Journal and Booklist. The database also provides access to teacher resources for promoting reading, including bibliographies and articles on teaching with fiction, scripts of book talks, and tips on using picture books as a springboard to interesting and educational activities.

Searchasaurus - An animated search interface designed for elementary and middle school students, Searchasaurus provides access to three elementary and middle school databases (Primary Search, Middle Search Plus and Book Collection: Nonfiction). The interface encourages students to enhance and develop basic search methodologies.

WPUWiley InterScience (E-Journals Collection) - Full-text access to over 170 journals published by Wiley, with many titles in chemistry, the life sciences, medicine and health care, engineering and business, and other subjects in the natural and social sciences. Funded by the New Jersey Knowledge Initiative.
IPWorld Book Online Reference Center - Online version of the World Book Encyclopedia also includes an atlas, a dictionary, links to New Jersey curriculum correlations and lesson plans, and a guide to New Jersey resources.
