- CCH Internet Tax Research Network
- CCH Tax Research Network offers searchable and browseable full-text access to federal and state tax reporters, explanation and analysis, tax news, and primary source information from sources including the Internal Revenue Code, Federal Tax Regulations, federal tax codes, tax court cases, and IRS Letter Rulings. - Compustat (North America)
- Provides 20 years of financial data for more than 10,000 publicly held companies. Available at computer workstations in the Atrium labs, the Library Electronic Resource Center, and the Business lab in Raubinger Hall.
- Conference Board Research Online Collection
- The Conference Board's Research Online Collection is a database of full-text research reports and presentations on topical business issues. Included are surveys and case studies of major companies and trends in the areas of strategy, corporate governance, organizational effectiveness, structure, leadership, human resources, ethics, customer relationship management, work force issues, and much more. The database also features working papers in economic research, current news on economic indicators and the monthly publication Straight Talk. The full collection, with backfiles to 1998, can be searched or browsed, and most publications are in PDF format.

Company Directories and Information
Company Websites
Most corporations have websites, although some are more oriented toward customers than investors and researchers. URLs for companies are usually easy to guess, so before moving on to one of the other guides listed in this section, you may want to try to find the company's webpage first.
Examples of company URLs:
- Ecomp Executive Compensation Database
- This free web database allows you to research the compensation and net-worth of executives. Search the database by company name or ticker symbol, as well as by state, sector, and industry pull-down menus. Search returns list compensation summaries for the top executives, including salary, bonus, and total compensation. Clicking on the executive's name will give a more detailed summary, including restricted stock, LTIP payouts, and value realized for options exercised. Does not include the most recent figures.

- STAT-USA
- STAT-USA provides a portal to important economic, business, and international trade information produced by the U.S. Government. It consists of two major collections:
- State of the Nation offers data about the domestic economy, covering general economic indicators, housing and construction, employment, manufacturing and industry, monetary statistics, and economic policy. A backfile of archived documents includes material back to early 2002;
- GLOBUS (Global Business Opportunities) and NTDB (National Trade Data Bank) offer international trade information, including daily trade leads from the Trade Opportunities Program (TOPS) and the Department of Agriculture; daily procurement activity from the Defense Logistics Agency, the United Nations, and the Commerce Business Daily leads; access to Country Commercial Guides, Market Research reports, Best Market reports and other programs; and an International Trade Library featuring a comprehensive collection of over 40,000 documents related to international trade.
