LAB BASED TC's

The TCs on staff in over 20 general computing labs are trained to assist with lab users with Microsoft Office, Blackboard, FTP, printers, Internet and email. They can be found in the Atrium, Science Building (217 A&B) Library, Valley Road and Dormitory Labs. These TCs provide the following services:
