The ResNET is a unit within User Services and Enterprise Network Services committed to providing in-room wired/wireless network connections and support for all WPU residential students. This service provides our resident student community with secure and fast access to various network resources, including e-mail, Library catalogs, Internet, etc. which is the overall mission of the University ResNET.
The responsibility of the ResNet unit is to provide network and internet connectivity to all students in the residence halls. The workshop is NOT a repair shop. The ResNet will not open computers or fix any hardware/software problems. The technicians will be responsible for getting the students computers' secure and to be able to access the campus network. It is the students’ responsibility to adhere to the campus network policies and guidelines.
