1. From the Test Canvas select Hot Spot and click on the Go button:

   

2. Enter the text of the question in the field provided.

   

3. Enter the number of points assigned to the question (eg. 5, 10, 15, etc.):

   

4. There are two ways you can load the image in which you want to create the hot spot:


1. Click the Browse button to locate the image on a local drive:
   

   

2. If the image is stored on the content server select the second option:

   
   

   

5. Select Next in order to define the hot spot and finish the operation:

   

6. Use the cursor to draw a rectangle or square that defines the area in which a student can click for a correct answer. In this case we want the students to locate the brain in the human body.



7. If your initial effort is not successful you can clear the rectangle by clicking on the Clear button under the image you've uploaded.

   

8. Fill in the feedback appropriate for a correct answer:

   

9. Fill in the feedback appropriate for an incorrect answer:

   

10. Remember to click Submit to finish the operation:
