From the Test Canvas select Fill in the Blank and click on the Go button:
Enter the number of points assigned to the question (eg. 5, 10, 15, etc.):
Enter the number of potential answers (3, in the example below) and enter the text of each answer.
Enter the Correct and Incorrect answers:
Click the Submit button and go on to the next question
