Classroom Support

If you are experiencing any problems while using the technology located in your classroom, please let us know by completing the Help Desk request www.wpunj.edu/help (select Podium Equipment/Classroom/Lab/Clinic Technology/Projection Systems).  For immediate assistance on the main campus please call 973-720-2984.  

Media Pick-Up

Media (Videos, DVDs, Blu-Rays, and CDs) can be scheduled for pick-up at the Media Services' circulation desk located in Library room 120.  Using the Library's new service, Fetch It www.wpunj.edu/library/fetch-service.dot,  your title will be pulled from our shelves awaiting your pick up.  When your item is ready you will automatically receive an email.

Equipment Requests

To request over the counter equipment (such as: Laptops, iPads, Data Projectors, Cameras, Cables, etc) pick-up please use the Help Desk request form www.wpunj.edu/help (select Equipment Lending).  You will automatically receive an email acknowledgement and a follow up if the equipment is available for the time and date needed.

Media Reserves

Instructors may place Media Services' items, personal items, or legal off-air recordings on reserve for students to view in the library.  All reserves items are entered into the WPUNJ Library Catalog and can be searched by the instructor's name and course number.  Media Services requires 48 hours to process and place an item on reserve.  Complete the form found on www.wpunj.edu/library/reserves.dot

Reserve Policies:

  • Reserve items belonging to Media Services may be taken out by other instructors for a 24 hour period for use in a class.
  • Requests for an item by other faculty before the item was put on reserve will be honored.
  • Media Services carefully handles personal items placed on reserve, but acccepts no liability for loss or damage that may occur to the materials while it is in Media Services.
  • Illegal copies of materials will not be placed on reserve
