INSULA is planning a special issue of its Journal Insula: International Journal of Island Affairs on "Water Resource Management Problems and Practices in the Caribbean."

Contributions for consideration should be no longer than fifteen (15) pages, double space and with supporting maps, tables and diagrams where applicable.

Two copies of your paper with an accompanying 3.5 diskette should be sent to the below address no later than January 20, 1998.
