Career Development Services is a job placement program for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. A job developer provides job readiness training, job seeking and job interview training, career counseling and guidance, and job development/placement. Job coaches are available to assist the individual to learn the job and adjust to the job setting. Placement options include short- and long-term temporary assignments, full- and part-time regular employment, or at Employment Horizons work center.
