Long Term care services refer to a broad range of medical, personal and social services provided to people who are unable to care for themselves over a relatively long period of time.

The NJ Division of Pensions and Benefits sponsors a Long Term Care (LTC) insurance plan that is offered through the Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Long Term Care is no longer available to new enrollees as of August 1, 2012.
