Administration of Union Contracts

Contract administration and local negotiations for all collective bargaining units is coordinated through the Office of Employee Relations.

Negotiable terms and conditions of employment are matters which intimately and directly affect the work and welfare of employees and on which a negotiated agreement would not significantly interefere with the excercise of inherent governmental policy.
