The Global Finance department designs and delivers quality products and services with an international focus. Working closely with Asian Business and the Technology and Society departments at the GFSI the Global Finance department strives to produce quality economic research, training, and consulting services for business practitioners and students. The IMF estimates that the portion of the global middle class in developing countries will grow to 93% by 2030, with the largest concentration in eastern Asia. China continues to show strong GDP growth. Asia has become the focal point of investors and corporations across the globe. The Asian Business Department provides the skills and education necessary to do business in this part of the world. Technology and Society is part of our Community Outreach Initiative at William Paterson University. The department seeks to elevate the awareness and educate the community with matters related to personal finance ranging from financial planning to retirement and the stock market.
