Welcome to the New Physical Plant Operations Online Work Request/Order System know as Megamation DirectLine. This system simplifies the work request process, plus provides our customers twenty-four hour access to the Work Order System. The Whole Campus Community now has the ability to enter any non-emergency maintenance request through the Internet, and track the status of their work requests using this online system.

You can connect to the Megamation Server by logging onto the following Facilities homepage link, http://ww2.wpunj.edu/facilities/ and clicking the OnLine Work Request System link, then click the Megation DirectLine Logo above. You may also type in or copy and paste the address in your web browser: http://142.176.4.6/wpu.htm. The login page appears. In order to enter work requests online the user must have already received a Department Login ID and Password from the Facilities Department.

If no staff member of your department has previously received a user ID and Password, please have the head of your department send an email to one of the below persons with the following information: Names and titles of each person in the department that the Department Head has approved to enter online work request.

The Facilities Office will process the request, and send a User ID and Password via email to each staff member that was approved by the Department Head to receive one.
