The Enrollment Management group consists of the offices of Undergraduate Admissions (located on Hamburg Turnpike), Graduate Admissions (located in Raubinger Hall), Financial Aid (located on the lower level of Raubinger Hall), Center for Student Services (located in Morrison Hall), and Registration Services (located in College Hall).  These offices assist prospective undergraduate students through the admissions process, provide advice and guidance in the financial aid process, and enable students to register for classes, receive grades, and ultimately graduate from William Paterson University.

Our goal is to provide students with accurate and helpful information, develop and maintain administrative systems and policies that are easy to understand and follow, and deliver the highest quality of customer service in our interaction with students.  All members of the Enrollment Management sector are committed to respond to student concerns in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.  Furthermore, in order to contribute positively to the William Paterson University experience, we strive to resolve problems and complaints in a timely fashion.
