Managing During a Struggling Economy

These workshops will give participants the opportunity to learn methods of leveraging their strengths during an economic downturn. Many business leaders are learning that they cannot go back to doing business the way they did before the economy changed. In order to trim the “fat” from your business without hurting it, you must “plan sharp” and act judiciously. Learn how to do this in these two stimulating and action-filled workshops.

This interactive program will provide leaders with pivotal change management practices and an entire business model that will help them address, navigate as well as survive an uncertain market economy. The model presented during this program is not just appropriate for difficult times. The “Lean/Kaizen Business Model; Working Smarter not Harder” is becoming absolutely necessary regardless of the economic environment. This interactive program includes a hands-on “Lean/Kaizen” simulation exercise. Included during this workshop are:
