New Graduate Scholarship Opportunity…. The New Jersey Nursing Initiative Faculty The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation® New Jersey Nursing Scholars Program Program Description: The New Jersey Nursing Initiative Faculty Preparation Program is offering an exciting opportunity to become a nurse faculty member. As a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation NJ Nursing Scholar, you will prepare for a rewarding career teaching the next generation of nurses in the state. Support is available as you earn a Master of Science degree in a clinical specialty, with additional preparation in education. The need for nursing faculty in the state of NJ is great. You can make a difference! Please take a look at our brochure . The NJ Nursing Scholars Program will select a small number of top candidates for two cohort classes. Cohort I will study from fall 2009 to spring 2011. Cohort II will study from fall 2010 to spring 2012. The Deadline for Applications for Cohort II is May 1, 2010.
The Scholarship Includes: ■ full tuition and fees for the full-time MSN program To be Eligible, You Must: 1. Meet admission requirements, be accepted and enroll as a full-time MSN student in the advanced clinical program at one of the following programs: 2. Be a United States citizen or permanent resident. 3. Submit the RWJF New Jersey Nursing Scholar Application, along with a two-page double-spaced essay, by May 1, 2010.
