Type in a sentence in Italian, and the software at the Bell-Labs webpage will pronounce it for you. Of course you will need a sound card and speakers to do this at home.

Note: Translation software continues to be faulty. Not all translations will be correct. Basically, this tool is useful for those who already know quite a bit of Italian and can identify correct and incorrect translations.
