This program is a partnership with the State Farm Foundations Companies, the YMCA, Alexander Hamilton Academy, NJ After 3, Washington Mutual, and others to help educate inner city youth on matters related to financial literacy.

Students are exposed to the stock market, entrepreneurship, banking services and career highlights. Students learn through hands-on exercises, games and field trips.

The Paterson YMCA has a strong history of building partnerships with community agencies, and creating innovative after-school programming. Thanks to New Jersey After-3 funding, we have expanded our abilities and capacity to develop three small school model programs at the Alexander Hamilton Academy, PS #28 and Norman S. Weir Public Schools.

Over the last two years the Y.M.C.A has developed a range of enrichment activities for youth such as chess, film making, and community service projects in collaboration with community based organizations.
