The RBI Sales Skills Academy, hosted by the Russ Berrie Institute of Professional Sales at the Cotsakos College of Business, is a three-day interactive program for college business students to learn and develop basic selling skills, which recruiters look for when hiring professional sales talent. The program consists of three sessions: Introduction to Sales, Sales Skills Primer, and Careers In Professional Sales. Participants are required to complete all three sessions to acquire an in depth understanding of the essential skills needed to pursue career opportunities in Professional Sales.
