Our Professional Sales Laboratory, fully equipped for videoconferencing and distance learning, allows us to deliver programs for your team at our facility or at remote locations. Our video capabilities, combined with the custom-tailored sales scenarios we develop for you, means we can capture your sales team as they learn by doing. And because our Professional Sales Laboratory was designed with learning in mind, they’ll be able to receive the immediate feedback so critical to effective learning from peers and trained sales assessors. The lab supports the Russ Berrie Institute’s undergraduate curriculum and development programs for sales professionals which include modules on coaching, business acumen, strategic account management, negotiation, customer relationship management systems, and professional sales, as well as customized training and certificate programs. |
