Gerald Frungillo '79

gerald-frungilloGerald Frungillo will provide an insider’s view of the catering industry and what it takes to succeed as a family owned business.

As the co-owner of Frungillo Caterers, Frungillo serves as the lead management development and long term planning/architect. In this role he focuses on training and building the interpersonal and leadership skills of the company’s management team. He has developed a series of training seminars that are being put to use throughout the company. Frungillo takes the lead role of architect and long term planning by advising his brother and partner Robert and comptroller John Fucci about properties and projects that would benefit the business, its employees and clients.

Frungillo is the proud co-founder of The Center for Italian and Italian American Culture, Inc. of Cedar Grove, NJ, a group that promotes the positive impact of the Italian-American community. He also serves on the board of directors of Enterprise Bank of Kenilworth, New Jersey.

Frungillo currently resides in Morristown, New Jersey. Born in Newark, New Jersey and raised in Verona, he is a 1975 graduate of Verona High School and a 1979 graduate from William Paterson University where he received a BS in Business Administration. He is the 2010 recipient of William Paterson University’s Distinguished Alumni Award. He is also a 2005 Honorary Alumnus of St. Benedict’s Preparatory School in Newark, NJ.
