  • Organizational support to Small and Medium Firms: Use of the Balanced Scorecard; training and coaching in the use of Information Technologies (Electronic Commerce, Internet as a Marketing Tool, Telecommuting, GSS) 1996-1999
  • Detection of information needs in all institutional research projects at IESA, and provision of means to satisfy them. 1997-1998
  • Design of information services with market potential; design of systems and procedures for the selling of information services. Exploration of IT-enabled platforms to sell information services: WWW, GSS, e-mail, FTP servers 1997-1998
  • Designing a new organization for INAVI (Venezuelan National Institute of Public Housing): Evaluation of the IS function; development of a proposal for its restructuring. 1997
  • Definition of standards, policies, and procedures; design of a master IS plan to satisfy INAVI's needs; specifying reference terms for the outsourcing of projects such as LAN installation, and development and implementation of an MIS. 1997
  • Coordination of a work team assembled to design, develop and implement a computer-based system to control the project life cycle of an IDB-sponsored plan (PROVIS: Social Interest Housing Pilot Project) to furnish low-income families with housing facilities. 1997-1998
