Community Service/Job Location and Development Program

Register with the Center's coordinator for assistance in finding part-time, community service, summer employment, or to participate in the "America Reads" program.  Primary emphasis is on career-related positions.

 

Majors/Minors Day

An annual event held in October where students have the chance to meet with faculty from academic departments.  Learn about academic options and declare a major or minor.

 

Job Fairs

All students are encouraged to attend these campus events to network and explore a wide variety of current and potential employment and internship opportunities.

 

 

Workshops

Each semester, job readiness and career planning workshops are offered covering a wide range of topics including choosing a major, career decisions for the undecided, exploring careers in a major, planning for graduate school, resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.  Pre-arranged sessions and special events will be posted online, or call the Center to schedule a program for your group at 973-720-2282/2281.
