Capital Planning

The Capital Planning, Design and Construction Department's mission is to provide professional and construction services for new and existing University facilities. The Department engages the campus community to ensure that approved projects are completed in accordance with strategic, operational, functional, and financial goals. The Department's processes are intended to serve the overall needs of the University in an organized, efficient, timely, collaborative, and transparent manner.
