Exhibitor Information

We would like to invite your organization to exhibit educational materials at this conference. However due to limited space, we are renting single (2 foot by 5 foot) tables at a cost of $200 each. Reservations for these tables will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will provide one complimentary lunch for each reserved table; additional lunches are available at $15 each with payment due in advance. We highly recommend two representatives for each vendor to participate in the exhibition session. This allows flexibility for breaks, lunch and security of the materials being exhibited. William Paterson University cannot be held responsible for any missing materials exhibited at the conference.

If you are interested in exhibiting at the conference, please click here to obtain an Exhibitor Application.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Vendors are a critical part of this conference and serve as the impetus for all the progress that is made. William Paterson is dedicated to this partnership with vendors and offers them the ability to reach their specific target audience. The goal of the vendor, as well as the university, is to educate professionals working with students who have special needs.

In order to make this a complete partnership, William Paterson University is considering which vendors might best serve as sponsors of the event. Sponsorship will help off-set part of the cost of the conference, allowing a reduced registration fee charged to educators and other school professionals. Sponsorships Opportunities include: Breakfast, Luncheon, Tote Bags and Conference Printing Fees. For additional information, contact: Peter Griswold griswoldp@wpunj.edu or 973-720-3761
