AMERICAN DEMOCRACY PROJECT

The American Democracy Project (ADP)  is a multi-campus initiative that seeks to create intellectual and experiential  civic engagement opportunities for undergraduates  enrolled at public institutions of higher learning. ADP is a project of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), The New York Times and the Carnegie Foundation. The goal of the project is to produce graduates who understand and are committed to engaging in meaningful actions as democratic citizens.

Overview:  The CREECH Community Development Center has been placed within the community so that we may help the very different and diverse needs of the members of our city. The center is geared towards assistance of food packages, personal need items, and educational help as well. The hope of the Creech Community Development Center is that we may partner within the lives of individual people of all ages to restore hope when it is lost. To show that there is a better way, and that the power for change is within. Restoring hope in a holistic manner within the Fourth Ward of Paterson, NJ.
