The University of Victoria's Hypertext Writer's Guide is a nicely designed site for both students and teachers, which takes the visitor through many different stages of the writing process. This site also contains hundreds of useful handouts on a wide variety of writing related subjects. Very cool site.

MIT Online Writing and Communication Center This is a wonderful resource with links for students and teachers looking for help with a wide range of issues related to writing--citing and using sources, ESL, grammar, and creating effective writing assignments. There is a great deal of useful information here.
